Our Services are available to individuals and families in Malaysia. We operate primarily from Kuala Lumpur and advise clients by appointment for matters that may be handled remotely. We do not provide legal advice to persons located outside Malaysia regarding Malaysian law through this Website.

Cancellation and refunds

Where an engagement is cancelled before substantial work has been carried out, any fee paid in advance will be refunded less a reasonable sum for work already performed and costs incurred. Refund terms are set out in the engagement letter.
